How old are you now? 28
How old where you at the concert? Pretty sure I was 20.
Date and venue and name of tour? It was some time in December 2009. London O2 - Funhouse Tour.
Have you seen her since the first time? Nope. :-(
Who did you go with? I went alone. Someone was meant to go with me but cancelled last minute. I actually came on this forum to see if anyone wanted my spare ticket but got no takers at such short notice.
Did you meet any other fans? Nope. Talked to no one whilst I was there. I think a woman said sorry for standing on my foot.
Share your experiences from the show, anything you can rember, any stand out songs or moments? I was feeling pretty bad about going. I was nervous about travelling on my own and getting lost and looking like a big loser all on my own. The warm up act was boring and it seemed like aaaages before she came on stage. But then there she was and I just stood there throughout the entire show, singing along with the biggest smile on my face. She sang 'I touch myself' and someone in the audience fainted and had to be carried out. It was awesome. I had the best time. I got quite near the front and she stood in front of me, looked at me and sang. I squee'd.

Share your experiences from the show.

For me this was also a rock show stripped down just pink and the band and I didn't know what to expect so I made the mistake of balcony seating but the atmosphere that night filled every part of that room.

I was completely inspired by live music and started listening to rock music because of pink. Also going to gigs has became a huge part of me couldn't tell us how many.

The stand out part of the night was Defo the encore I feel like pink took in the energy of the whole crowd and she sat on the edge of stage with Irish flag wrapped around her while every person in the room sang with everything they had. Very intimate gig.

I feel like everyone in the room was a mega fan. I was well prepped to be up front then for tt tour and any after and then I start meeting fans as you say Ciara this place has been great. Sharing story's , reviews, pics, Vids over the years.

Date and venue and name of tour? Chicago for Funhouse tour. Don't remember the name of the venue.

Have you seen her since the first time? Yes, 5 more times and I have tickets for 3 more shows next year!

Who did you go with? A couple friends from college that I don't talk to anymore :/

Did you meet any other fans? No.

Share your experiences from the show, anything you can remember, any stand out songs or moments?
Well, I had waited 7 years to see her live. My Dad had gotten sick when I was 16 and he died on Sept 1st 2009 and my first P!nk concert was Sept 26 that same month. To experience the worst thing that has ever happened in my life and then a few weeks later experience the best thing that had ever happened in my life made me realize why I had waited 7 years. It needed to happen the way it did.
Anyway, I don't remember much from the actual show except my friends who were driving/familiar with Chicago didn't get to the show as early as I would have, and I ended up being second row and I felt sorry for the poor person in front of me because I was going crazy. lol. I remember during JLAP as she was laying on the ground I was INCHES from touching her hand. (I later got a good hand grab at another show, so I'm ok with it now haha). I just remember it being one of the best nights of my life.

How old are you now ? ....ermm.....46
How old were you at the concert ? ....ermm...32
Date, Venue and Name of Tour ? ... Try This , March 31st 2004 SECC Glasgow.
Have you seen her since ?... Yes many .
Who did you go with ? ... My now ex wife, who left me for a pub LandLord who subsequently left her ...but thats a whole different story..
Did you meet other fans at the show ? .... No , not really. I mean I spoke to some people at the gig but "meet " not really. I once saw Dani on the big screen at a P!nk gig in Glasgow does that count ?
Share your experiences of the show.... I am 46 now I dont remember what i had for dinner last night nevermind a gig that was nearly 14 years ago, lol. .... Seriously though I do remember that she was excellent , quite mind blowing. I'd never seen a gig quite like it. I bought a t shirt , it was white and I still have it but its seen a lot of wear since. NOw I think of it the last time I wore it was in Birmingham on the Truth About Love Tour when for some strange reason I also had my kilt on.. I also bought a tour program from that first gig ( a big deal, in literally hundreds of gigs before I'd never done that )but the aforementioned ex wife skipped off with that but I'm positive I still have a glow stick from that night ...somewhere..... it doesnt glow anymore

How old are you now? I'm 34 currently.

How old where you at the concert? My first (and only concert) was The Truth About Love Tour, 2013. I was 30, I think, about to be 31.

Date and venue and name of tour? March 15, 2013. Then called Verizon Center, but now called Capital One Arena. TTAL Tour.

Have you seen her since the first time? No.

Who did you go with? My sis.

Did you meet any other fans? Not exactly. There were throngs of people, but nobody from pinkspage or prinkshread.net. Also, back then, some seats in the nosebleed sections were empty.

Share your experiences from the show, anything you can rember, any stand out songs or moments?

This was my birthday present in 2013. It was a good birthday present. I recall loving "Trouble" the most live. But it was all very breath-taking. Pink never does a half-*** job at anything. She also sang the extra high register ad-lib ending to Just Like A Pill live, and announced "Wow! That's the first time I've done that in a while!" I recall writing my own essay about the whole concert experience, but I must have misplaced it. I also was hoarse in the throat for days afterward.

Current age: 31
First tour: Funhouse Melbourne tour, 2009. I was aged 23

I wasn't a religious P!nk fan back then. I was super impressed by IND tour (my jaw DROPPED when I saw GTPS aerial, and then Fingers), and was still a Britney fan. But I was slowly getting into P!nk, and I saw a rehearsal video of her doing trapeze (not sure what it was for then). Then I saw a bootleg video of her doing Sober, and I remember being stunned like time had frozen. And Glitter in the Air was just breathtaking.

So I decided to go to Australia to see her. This was also my first time on an airplane. Went to Rod Laver Arena, queued in the cold, elbowed and kicked old grannies and little girls who were in my way while running to the front... and managed to get to the front spot.

Highway to Hell came on... I remember losing my MIND when Sebastian was onstage, and there was this quick little step he does to the front of the stage, before the contraption to wheel P!nk out. I SCREAMED.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2MOO-altCJY

This was me, you can hear how my voice went three octaves higher!

And then the smoke billowed, and I SAW HER FACE FIRST and I was like WHOOOAAAAHHHHH. It was amazing and out of body, as if I had been touched by an angel. Whole concert was fire, I was in awe. I was rocking out with a young girl to Who Knew (back in the days, she did Who Knew rock version... good times, good times...)

She didn't do GTPS aerial (or GITA) at this concert. But during GTPS she came off stage to grab our hands. She at first walked past me but she grabbed my right thumb, and said Thanks to me. And immediately I bent to my side and I was like "OMG".

Which was the precursor to this amazing P!nk memory of mine, during TTAL tour where she stopped her show and called me "awesome".

Heat Nightclub, Crown Casino, Melbourne, November 2000.

She was very late and very drunk and performed a short CTMH showcase.

A precious memory.

"It didn't start this way - Pink's first live show in Melbourne was a five song set at the former Heat Nightclub at Crown in November 2000.

Just 21 at the time, Pink was due to perform her first two singles There You Go and Most Girls, which had been No. 2 and No. 1 hits in Australia respectively.

Technical and sound problems delayed Pink by several hours. A self-confessed young brat at the time, Pink wanted to cancel the show, but was talked into making an appearance which resulted in her being coaxed into singing two songs.

"They had to call her and tell her to come out on stage because people were waiting to see her and getting angry," Molly Meldrum recalls.

In 2002 Pink made a belated apology, telling this writer "I was drunk the whole time I was in Australia. I'm sorry. I don't remember a single thing - apart from being at the bar at 10am ordering white chocolate Martinis. I've calmed down a lot since then.""
